Bonogin Valley Rural Fire Brigade

Bonogin Valley Rural Fire Brigade is a volunteer brigade providing 24 hour response coverage supported by neighbouring rural fire brigades across the Gold Coast along with Fire and Emergency personnel. They have been servicing the community since 1992 which has included anything from attending bush fires, structural fires, car accidents as well as supporting the local community in storm and flood clean up. These organisations only exist with the support of our community.

There are many ways people can help from volunteering their time, financial donations, or making sure their local council and government representatives know how much you value the services of the rural fire brigades around the region.

Animals with Attitude

Animals with Attitude Gold Coast Sculpture Trail launched their latest population of giant Koalas in conjunction with Connecting Southern Gold Coast and Bleach Festival. Ten Koalas have taken up residence at Elizabeth Park, Coolangatta until the 22nd March to raise awareness and funds for the great job the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital Foundation do in helping save, protect, and conserve our wildlife.
