It was sold under the hammer drawing a large crowd undeterred by the weather to witness the auction. Auctioneer Rob Doorey from Apollo Auctions directed 29 bids starting at an opening bid of $2.4 million, through to the winning bid of $3.63 million. The property was marketed and sold by agents Kurt & Trent Reid of John Reid Real Estate.
