LOCAL ARTISTS. Today we met 3 members of the 7-piece band Cheap Fakes at a media call promoting Boulevard Sounds at Cavill in Surfers Paradise. An acoustic rendition with less than half the band of one of their hit songs ‘Sand on the beach’ still gave a great teaser of the catchy fresh sound and style of this accomplished band.
